Privacy
How XYPHORS handles personal information, in one document. The published version will be reviewed before it replaces this structure.
This document is a structure awaiting approved legal copy. It is not a policy, it is not binding, and it should not be relied on. Every section below states what the published version will cover.
Scope
Which XYPHORS properties and services the policy applies to, and which relationships it covers — website visitors, enquiries, clients and suppliers.
Information we collect
The categories of information collected, separated into information you provide and information collected automatically.
Today the only route by which this site collects personal information is the contact form, which asks for a name, an email address and an optional company name alongside your message. That form has no backend connected: submissions are not currently transmitted, stored or emailed anywhere.
Why we hold it
The purpose and lawful basis for each category — responding to an enquiry, delivering an engagement, meeting a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Retention periods per category, and what triggers deletion.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection and portability, with the route for exercising each and the response time you can expect.
Contacting us about this policy
The route for privacy enquiries and complaints, and the relevant supervisory authority. A published address will appear here once one is approved.
